I would like to state that I am very dissatisfied with the service at Luxenter and that I will not purchase from your store again. I do not think it is convenient that the only way to return a product purchased online is in the same way. This is my third return attempt. First I went to a physical store (El Corte Inglés) where they told me that for hygiene reasons earrings are not returned, which surprised me since it has never happened to me and finally the indication was not correct. The second store I went to (also El Corte Inglés) told me that my invoice does not have a barcode and that if I have purchased the products online, the return must be online. Given that this type of return involves a not exactly cheap cost for the customer (€5.95), I do not think it is a solution in which we are taken care of. I do not understand that a physical store cannot be used to return a product purchased online being the same brand. It is the first case that has occurred to me. In short, my purchase at Luxenter has disappointed me (also due to the quality of a product that claims to be gold-plated but in appearance leaves much to be desired), it has meant a waste of time, fruitless travel and return costs. I would like to leave this review to the Luxenter store in general since it was online and not to one specifically, but conveniently on Google I don't have that option.
